The Allen County Soil and Water Conservation District's web site is being rebuilt. The current Webmaster has discovered that previously, pages that were planned, did not get implemented. This was due principally to personnel changes. In an effort to preserve the intentions of the previous designer, links within these pages have been preserved as a "blueprint" for future development. You have discovered one such page. There are several.
It is hoped that soon these pages will be (re)written and that you will find more useful information within the pages of this site.
